2. Pricing Guidelines

• Standard Pricing: Products must be sold at prices advertised by Slippery Soap.
• No Price Increases: Distributors cannot charge more than Slippery Soap’s advertised prices.
• No Discounting: Products cannot be sold below the advertised prices unless explicitly approved by Slippery Soap.
• Special Sets: The Rick Ross Detailing Collection must be purchased as a full set from Slippery Soap but can be resold individually at approved retail prices.

3. Marketing Support for Distributors

• Localized Marketing Campaigns: Slippery Soap promotes distributors in their local markets through targeted advertising and social media campaigns.
• Distributor Listings: Authorized distributors may be featured on our website and marketing materials.
• Customer Referrals: We actively encourage customers to shop directly with authorized distributors.

4. Compliance Enforcement

• Inspections: Slippery Soap reserves the right to review distributor marketing and pricing practices periodically.
• Penalties for Non-Compliance: Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of distributor privileges.
• Termination Notice: Distributor agreements may be terminated for non-compliance.
